Immunological conditions present considerable health risks, with many available treatments frequently being ineffective. Clinical trials in immunology are critical for identifying new treatments and improving the efficacy of existing ones to improve patient outcomes.

CEERI has established an Immunology Center of Expertise to facilitate clinical trials for immune-related disorders. This initiative intends to accelerate study start-up times by strengthening links with research locations and investigators.

The Immunology Center of Expertise acts as a hub for facilitating collaboration among stakeholders such as pharmaceutical corporations, contract research organizations (CROs), academic institutions and research sites. The primary purpose is to provide an environment conducive to rapid and high-quality clinical trial execution, ultimately contributing to advances in medical knowledge and better patient outcomes throughout Central and Eastern Europe.
